About Cararthron®
Carathron® was developed by screening more than 1230 herbs used for
pain management in traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine. Selected herb extracts
were tested using modern scientific techniques, resulting in Cararthron®
- a new approach to joint care.
Cararthron® capsules are a standardised blend of herbal extracts from acacia
catechu and scutellaria baicalensis, which have natural anti-inflammatory properties
to help maintain a healthy joint function.
Each bottle of Cararthron® contains 30 clear capsules. Cararthron®
does not contain dairy, egg, gluten, lactose, nuts, sugar yeast, artificial colouring,
flavouring or preservatives.
Clinically tested anti-inflammatory properties to support joint functions
The blend of plant extracts has undergone extensive preclinical and clinical testing
which showed that Cararthron® has an excellent safety profile. Subjects
joint mobility increased, the incidence of gastrointestinal side effects during
3 months was zero and there were minimal interactions with other drugs. It demonstrated
an excellent tolerability profile with minimal side effects and no interaction with
